EPK bio
Songbox Band is a collaboration between songwriters Rob Abbott (guitar/vox) and bass player and singer Phil Macnanara. They have worked together for the last 4 years and the two members both share a love of rootsy psych flavoured acoustic pop capped with close harmony singing.
The combination of these vocal and instrumental elements add up to a clearly identifiable Songbox Sound and the concerts are fun with the stories between the numbers helping to set up the mood for each song.
